In addition, the candidate will work cross-functionally with project, software, and systems engineers to create, maintain, and deliver ICS products.\nEssential Functions:\nLead the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware using sound electrical engineering principles and best practices.\nSupport all phases of hardware development, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, detailed design, schematic capture, simulation, documentation, manufacturing, integration, and verification.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware issues at the component, board, module, payload, and system levels.\nUse laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, source meters, electronic loads, signal generators, multimeters, and DC power supplies to validate designs and investigate issues.\nSupport risk reduction and mitigation activities related to obsolescence, cost, producibility, and long-lead materials.\nAbility to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.\nSome travel required (Qualifications:\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.\nIn lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related engineering experience.\nDemonstrated experience in the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware.\nDemonstrated experience in all phases of hardware development, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, detailed design, schematic capture, simulation, documentation, manufacturing, integration, and verification.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience designing and developing digital hardware systems.\nExperience with hardware integration, verification, and debug.\nExperience with ECAD and analysis tools including (LTSpice, Siemens Xpedition, etc).\nKnowledge using Verilog for Logic Design.\nFamiliar working with code version control repository tools (GIT).\nExperience working in a collaborative engineering development environment.\nExperience with mission definition, concept generation, trade studies, preliminary and final design, component selection, integration, test support, materials selection, and design documentation.\nExperience working with manufacturing and production teams in a program environment.\nExperience presenting technical material to program leadership, customers, and review
