This engineer will help drive and champion test and evaluation processes for mission-critical programs and will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and enforcement of test processes across hardware, software, and networked system environments.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Testing (MBT), including the use of Cameo Systems Modeler to support test development, requirements verification, traceability, and validation activities. This role will support programs serving the global aviation community with advanced systems and services that increase the safety, security, and capacity of air traffic management operations.\nEssential Functions:\nProvide daily integration and test engineering support for mission-critical government and Department of Defense customers.\nSupport system integration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across hardware, software, and communications systems.\nDevelop, document, and execute integration, verification, and validation test procedures for complex systems.\nUse Cameo Systems Modeler and model-based systems engineering methods to support model-based testing, requirements verification, use case validation, and end-to-end traceability.\nTranslate system models, behavioral diagrams, requirements, and operational scenarios into test cases, test procedures, and verification artifacts.\nMaintain bidirectional traceability between customer requirements, system models, test procedures, and test results.\nCoordinate with systems engineering, software engineering, network engineering, and project leadership to ensure complete verification coverage.\nSupport automated and manual test execution in lab and system integration environments.\nDevelop test scenarios and acceptance tests for system-level and subsystem-level requirements.\nTroubleshoot integration and test issues involving hardware, software, interfaces, networking, and communications components.\nSupport formal test events, system verification activities, customer demonstrations, and acceptance testing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve test efficiency through automation, improved test architecture, and model-based approaches.\nContribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and reporting methods.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in Integration & Test Engineering Background (System/Network Integration Testing)\nExperience performing formal systems testing in a lab, integration, or operational environment.\nExperience interpreting and validating system requirements and maintaining requirements traceability.\nExperience using Cameo Systems Modeler or similar model-based systems engineering tools.\nFAA Public Trust Clearance\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience in applying model-based systems engineering principles to system design, verification, or validation activities.\nExperience developing or supporting model-based testing approaches using system models, use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state machines, or related artifacts.\nExperience translating requirements and system behavior into test procedures, test cases, and verification evidence.\nAbility to read and understand interface definitions, system architecture products, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.\nExperience working directly with Air Force, DoD, or government customers in fast-paced acquisition environments\nBackground managing technical activities across multiple contractor teams and government stakeholders\nExperience with government requirements management systems (DOORS) and interface control processes\nExperience with Cameo Model-based Testing workflows and use of system models to derive or validate test cases.\nExperience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML).\nExperience with requirements management and traceability tools.\nExperience with verification cross-reference matrices and requirement coverage analysis.\nExperience integrating model-based systems engineering artifacts with verification and validation planning.\nExperience with automated testing tools or frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest,
