This role will develop strong cross-functional relationships and work closely with other teams to ensure appropriate internal controls and processes are followed, so that inventory data, material availability, and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with business and customer requirements.\nEssential Functions:\nAnalyze inventory data to support accurate tracking, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.\nMonitor inventory levels, material availability, and stock movement to help ensure operational and customer requirements are met.\nPartner with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, production, and program management to resolve inventory issues and improve material flow.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions are completed in compliance with internal controls, company procedures, and applicable requirements.\nPerform inventory reconciliations, cycle count analysis, and root cause investigations to identify and correct discrepancies.\nSupport forecasting, planning, and replenishment activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess or shortages.\nDevelop and generate routine and ad hoc reports related to inventory performance, trends, and key metrics.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices in inventory management and control.\nAssist with audits and provide documentation and analysis to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements.\nCommunicate inventory risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to leadership and relevant stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
