Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.\nMust be able to obtain US Secret Security clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the design, development, and/or production of mechanical systems for the Aerospace and/or Defense industries, and/or packaging of modules and electronics with considerations of thermal and structural loading and for optimizations of size, weight, and power.\nExperience with stuctural and/or thermal analysis\nUnderstanding of GD&T and ASME Y14.5\nExperience writing and executing Environmental Test Plans (knowledge of MIL-STD-810)\nExperience with CAD software tools (NX) and PLM systems (Teamcenter).\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nDemonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $88,500 - $164,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
