The OPM acts as the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to:\nHandle stressful situations with maturity, respect, and confidence\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills\nBe a self-starter with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions to complex problems\nDemonstrate attention to detail with strong organizational skills\nExcel in a team environment with the ability to avoid and resolve conflict\nDemonstrate strong analytical skills\nExcel in high stress/high visibility environment, including public speaking and creating formal presentations\nEssential Functions:\nCoordinate with Master Schedulers and Master Planners to develop baseline production plans\nPerform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds\nAssess cost and schedule risks and develop associated mitigations\nEstimate sales forecasts for labor and material\nMonitor and report financial, schedule and technical performance of assigned projects\nIdentify and coordinate resources necessary for production efforts\nOversee production budgets with the responsibility to analyze, manage and report on budget performance and variance analysis\nInterface and communicate with all levels of the organization\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.\nGraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.\nIn lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nRelated experience in a manufacturing, production, or other highly schedule-based environments\nDemonstrated ability in financial or data analysis and monitoring is desired\nDemonstrated ability in business and/or technical writing, public speaking, and creating formal presentations is desired\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data using graphs and pivot tables\nExperience using schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project is preferred\nExperience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems is
