Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Make improvements to systems and processes. Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. This role requires a current active US Security Clearance to be considered.\nEssential Functions:\nPerform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.\nEnsure major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.\nTrack plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.\nUtilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.\nEnsure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.\nMay lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant scheduling experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related schedulingexperience.
