This position will be part of a larger program team dedicated to providing the technical leadership necessary to meet the customer’s technical, cost and schedule needs.\nThis position is located in Palm Bay, FL: https://careers.l3harris.com/en/florida\nEssential Functions:\nApplies system integration and test engineering standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to complex payloads and space vehicles\nSpecifies requirements, architects I&T approaches, analyzes, establishes flow down of requirements across flight hardware subsystems and critical ground support equipment\nParticipates in design peer reviews, plans top level I&T flow with a perspective on efficient use of assets and facilities.\nProvides technical support to detailed test plans and guides team on I&T processes and procedures appropriate to the complexity of the program\nResponsible for technical management of complex engineering tasks in electrical, mechanical, optical, software, systems, and/or hardware components\nDirectly supports detailed test planning and on-the-floor test execution for system level tests, based on subject matter expertise \nAbility to obtain and maintain security clearance (TS/SCI)\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
