These systems vary from program to program, so the ability to quickly learn and integrate new systems is critical. This requires a baseline understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.\nTranslate customer and airworthiness requirements into unique verifiable system level requirements\nLead Program Integrated Product Teams of cross-disciplined engineers with internal and external members\nBecome a focal point for conversation with the customer on technical issues\nDefine requirement traceability methods\nPerform the systems engineering trade study process \nEvaluate trade studies for accuracy and completeness \nWrite subsystem specifications based on system level requirements \nEvaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary system design \nPrepare effective presentations to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals\nAbility to use standard Microsoft Office suite of applications\nAbility to operate within a Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM); TeamCenter preferred\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years of Systems engineering experience with requirements and systems documentation.\nBachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) and a minimum of 4 years related work experience, or\nGraduate Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Physics, etc.) and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or\nMinimum of 8 years of prior work experience in a directly applicable field.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience in managing system requirements.\nExperience in requirements decomposition.\nPreferred Active Secret Clearance -
