The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex technical information into user-focused documentation.\nThis position is located in Florida: https://careers.l3harris.com/en/florida\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop technical manuals, work instructions, and process documentation using inputs from engineering and operations teams in a cross-functional environment.\nCreate, document, and maintain technical data related to training materials and operational manuals.\nInterview users, subject matter experts, and technical staff to gather information and develop product documentation.\nProduce documentation that is accurate, consistent, and aligned across multiple media formats.\nAuthor and edit documentation using Microsoft Office tools and other approved documentation platforms.\nWork under general supervision on large projects while independently managing multiple assignments.\nTrack project milestones and communicate status, risks, and progress to key stakeholders.\nExplain and interpret processes and procedures to audiences both within and outside the immediate work area.\nBuild effective working relationships and gain cooperation from subject matter experts regarding processes, practices, and procedures.\nSolve documentation and process-related problems using prior experience, research, and analysis.\nFollow established style guides, participate in peer reviews, and incorporate feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.\nClearance: Top Secret/SCI\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience;
