Job Description The Senior Procurement Manager oversees the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for FAA, government, and commercial programs, ranging from low to high complexity and value. Essential Functions: Leads, directs, and reviews the work of direct report(s) responsible for hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation authority within own organization, in accordance with management review and approval. Represent and lead on a Business Unit level and lead a team of buyers and managers. Responsible for Programs and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Requirements Planning systems (finance, MRP, quality, engineering, etc.) and the cause-and-effect relationship between these systems.
