The Operations Management Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.\nEssential Functions:\nCommunicate with the team and run the daily meetings.\nConduct daily safety walks of areas.\nManage the job functions for each team member and program.\nPlan the production for each week.\nAddress all issues reviewed with team.\nApprove team member’s time.\nReview metrics for improvements.\nConducting performance reviews.\nSupervises individual(s) typically consisting of support level employees.\nProvides day-to-day work direction for direct report(s), focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions.\nProvides input on hiring, firing, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions for direct report(s).\nAbility to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior leadership experience.
