The successful candidate will be willing to actively participate in field work alongside the crew and Superintendent, including excavation support, material handling, equipment operation (as trained), and pipe assembly.\nRequirements\n Responsibilities:\nWork hands on in the field to support daily operations as needed\nLook ahead at upcoming activities to ensure all required materials, equipment, information, and resources are available prior to execution. \nRead and interpret construction plans and specifications to support field crews and ensure correct installation. \nCommunicate daily with the Superintendent, Foreman, and project team to align field progress with project goals. \nField purchase orders\nEngineering duties as assigned for assistance in planning construction\nMaintain and update project logs and schedules\nIdentify need for Requests for Information (RFIs)\nPrepare, review and process shop drawings\nMaintain as-built drawings\nCollect and assemble O&M material\nPerform subcontract scope analysis\nAssist with purchasing and expediting\nDocument distribution\nMeeting minutes and distribution\nScheduling\nSurveying/layout, technical writing\nAbility and willingness to perform physical work in field conditions.\nStrong ability to read and understand construction drawings. \nQualifications:\nHands on construction experience preferred. \nAbility to work as a hybrid between project management and field supervision roles. \nBenefits\nEmployer paid basic medical, optional dental and vision plans, optional Aflac coverage and employer paid life insurance. \nPet insurance\nEmployer-provided training for continued education.\n401(k)\nA supportive and collaborative work environment focused on personal and professional growth.\nWhy Join L7 Construction, Inc.?\nAt L7 Construction, we value our employees and invest in their success.
