Our mission is to exceed expectations by delivering superior results in every project.\nJob Overview:\nL7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within the water and wastewater construction industry. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on time delivery, and upholding exceptional quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and adept at collaborating with field teams, superintendents, and clients.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and manage construction projects focused on water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, and system improvements.\nAct as the main point of contact between L7 Construction, Inc. and clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders.\nWork closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.\nOversee the planning, design, and execution of all phases of the construction process.\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, quality control measures, and environmental standards.\nPrepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.\nMonitor project performance and resolve issues or delays to keep projects on track.\nLead and facilitate regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.\nManage the procurement of materials and subcontractors as required for each project.\nReview and approve project invoices and manage project cost tracking.\nProvide leadership and mentorship to junior project staff and teams.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience. Equivalent professional experience accepted. \nPreferred experience in project management, with a focus on water and wastewater construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, treatment plants, and associated construction processes.\nProven track record of managing projects from start to finish while staying on schedule and within budget.\nExceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.\nProficient in project management software and tools.
