our secure digital delivery platform, where you will help design, build, and operate backend services that ensure secure and reliable communication.\nYou will collaborate with developers, product managers, and external stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support scalable cloud and on-prem systems\nTake part in architectural discussions, prototyping, and evaluating technical feasibility\nOptimize, test, and continuously improve system performance and reliability\nDeploy, monitor, and operate services in cloud and on-prem environments\nTake ownership of services across their full lifecycle (development to production operations)\nTroubleshoot production issues across the application and infrastructure layers\nManage and maintain Linux-based systems (primarily RHEL environments)\nWork with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Splunk) to ensure system health\nSupport CI/CD processes and improve delivery pipelines\nApply security best practices in both development and operations\nWhat you’ll need\n3+ years of experience working on mid or large sized services\nStrong programming skills in JavaEE\nExperience with REST APIs and distributed systems\nSolid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases\nDeep knowledge of Linux system administration\nUnderstanding of cloud-based systems and infrastructure concepts\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues independently\nProactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills\nWillingness to work across development and DevOps domains\nGood communication skills in English\nIt is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience in some of the below listed areas:\nExperience with email systems, mail servers, or related integrations\nExperience with .NET 8 or modern backend frameworks\nFamiliarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)\nExperience with automation tools (Ansible or similar)\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Splunk)\nKnowledge of secrets management solutions (e.g. HashiCorp Vault)\nFrontend development experience (e.g. NextJS or similar frameworks)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps
