We're looking for someone who can independently represent the company in front of customers and deliver technical solutions end-to-end.\nWhat You'll Do\nTechnical Presales\nLead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations.\nAct as the primary technical contact during enterprise sales cycles.\nAdvise customers and partners on architecture, integrations, and best practices.\nTechnical Consulting & Integrations\nScope and deliver consulting engagements and technical services.\nDesign and implement API-based integrations and automations.\nSupport migrations, onboarding projects, and customer-specific solutions.\nContribute to proposals, effort estimations, and service descriptions.\nAdvanced Technical Support\nOwn complex technical escalations and integration-related issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.\nCreate knowledge articles, best practices, and technical documentation.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust Have\nExperience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Professional Services Consultant, Integration Consultant, or similar).\nProven experience leading technical demos and customer discussions independently.\nHands-on API and integration experience.\nAbility to design and deliver technical solutions, not only troubleshoot them.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with enterprise customers in a SaaS or software environment.\nFluent English.\nNice to Have\nExperience with billable consulting or professional services.\nCybersecurity or compliance exposure.\nExperience with document management system (O365 Sharepoint or similar) and enterprise system integrations (AD/SSO;
