we value talent from all geographic backgrounds and want to hear from you if you are able to work on-site in LA.\nThe Workforce Mobilization Manager is responsible for leading workforce mobilization initiatives that prepare LA28 workforce populations for successful transition from workforce planning through Games-time operations.\nReporting to the Head of Workforce Mobilization, this role partners across Functional Areas, Workforce Planning, Workforce Integration, Talent Acquisition, Volunteer Programs, Communications, and Readiness teams to ensure workforce populations are informed, engaged, prepared, and operationally ready at every stage of the workforce lifecycle.\nThe Workforce Mobilization Manager drives assigned mobilization programs and workforce readiness workstreams, translating workforce strategies into actionable plans that support employee experience, workforce movement, organizational readiness, and Games-time deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkforce Mobilization & Readiness\nSupport assigned workforce mobilization initiatives from planning through execution.\nDevelop workforce activation plans, readiness milestones, and implementation of roadmaps.\nSupport movement of workforce populations through key workforce lifecycle phases leading to Games-time.\nIdentify workforce risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.\nMonitor workforce readiness progress and provide recommendations to leadership.\nWorkforce Engagement & Communications\nSupport workforce communication and engagement initiatives that drive awareness, preparedness, and connection.\nFacilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and workforce engagement activities.\nPartner with Communications and Workforce Integration teams to support workforce transitions and organizational change.\nEnsure workforce messaging and engagement activities align with mobilization objectives and operational milestones.\nEmployee Experience & Organizational Readiness\nPartner with People Management teams to support workforce experience initiatives that enhance engagement, connection, and readiness.\nGather workforce insights and feedback to improve mobilization programs and employee experience.\nSupport workforce segmentation strategies to ensure mobilization approaches meet the needs of diverse workforce populations.\nServe as the mobilization lead for assigned workforce populations and organizational initiatives.\nProgram Management & Stakeholder Partnership\nDevelop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and governance materials.\nBuild strong cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders to achieve mobilization objectives.\nRepresent Workforce Mobilization in planning meetings, working groups, and governance forums.\nSupport continuous improvement of workforce mobilization frameworks, tools, and methodologies.\nLead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.\nQualifications\nExperience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience in workforce operations, organizational readiness, change management, employee experience, project management, human resources, or related disciplines strongly preferred.\nExperience leading cross-functional programs and large-scale workforce or organizational initiatives.\nExperience supporting workforce transitions, organizational transformation, operational readiness, or major event environments preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nProgram and project management expertise.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive execution and operational readiness.\nWorkforce-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence and attention to detail.\nCompensation\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
