environment.\nThis is a contract opportunity in Brisbane for an initial 6-month duration with an expectation to be onsite at least 3 days per week. \nThe Role:\nContributing to the successful delivery of digital, data, and AI initiatives across both project and BAU environments.\nDeveloping, communicating, and monitoring change plans, project schedules, and delivery milestones to ensure objectives relating to time, cost, and quality are achieved. \nCollaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and control functions to ensure solutions are aligned to business needs, are fit-for-purpose, and deliver measurable value. \nBuilding and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement, trusted advisory support, and the timely delivery of high-quality documentation and recommendations. \nLeading the adoption and continuous improvement of best-practice business analysis methodologies, processes, and standards across digital and AI initiatives.\n Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, facilitating process design workshops, and supporting solution configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement activities. \nStrong process analysis and modelling experience, including current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process mapping, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nExperience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives. \nThrives at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into practical solutions. \nHas strong stakeholder management skills and can confidently influence, challenge, and build consensus across all levels of an organisation. \nBrings experience delivering digital transformation, system integration, SaaS, data, or AI-enabled projects.\nHas experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\nPossesses excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. \nTakes ownership, works autonomously, and remains calm and solutions-focused in complex environments. \nIdeally brings experience within Financial Services, Investments,
