Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nCompensation Analyst I\nLabcorp is seeking a hybrid Compensation Analyst I to join our team in 10 Moore Drive, Durham, NC.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (Eastern Time Zone)\nThis schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs\nParticipate in the annual global compensation salary survey process\nConduct job evaluations and market pricing\nRespond to compensation inquiries, ensuring on time delivery to HR and the business, adhering to high service levels and SLA requirements\nSupport the development of salary increase proposals and promotions through data-driven analysis.\nAssist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs\nEnsure compensation practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all countries\nConduct market research and benchmarking to support compensation programs and practices\nProvide support in the administration of salary planning, merit planning, and incentive programs\nApprove job/compensation-related actions in Workday\nPrepare compensation reporting and analyses\nAssist and support compensation-related projects, processes, and audits as needed\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or related field \nPreferred Qualifications\nMasters degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or related field \n1 year of related experience in a HR, Finance, or analytical data-focused role\n1 year experience with HRIS Systems (ideally Workday), including running queries, accessing and manipulating data\n1 year experience with job analysis and job evaluation.\nAdditional Job Standards:\nStrong problem-solving skills with demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills; presentation Fluency in English required,\nDesire to learn and take on new responsibilities\nAbility to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.\nTheCompensation Analyst is an entry level compensation role responsible for transactional compensation actions and analytics, including requests from TA, HR, and the business. In this role, the incumbent will participate in salary surveys, job evaluations, and analytical assignments involving the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.\nAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.\nBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
