Labcorp is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join our Finance Team located in Indianapolis, Indiana, working a primarily remote work schedule and occasional in-person collaboration in Indianapolis.
Work Schedule:
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support the preparation of management reporting and financial analyses used to inform business decisions.
- Analyze financial and business information to identify trends and provide insights.
- Partner with finance professionals and business leaders on financial planning and analysis activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Contribute to projects that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business discipline.
Additional Job Standards:
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members as needed.

Internship Details:
- Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
- Dates of Internship: June 1, 2027-August 13, 2027
- Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
- Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
