Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking aLaboratory Digital Solutions Intern to join our General Laboratory team in Geneva.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Friday.\n40hrs per week (with flexibility to consider an 80% working schedule).\nJob Responsibilities:\nWorking with laboratory and Technical Liaison teams, you will help develop digital tools that support client data delivery, information sharing, and operational reporting.\nGather user requirements and develop and test a bot prototype to automate data transfer to clients, using approved systems and following data integrity and confidentiality requirements.\nHelp create department-specific SharePoint sites, including content organization, navigation, and user guidance.\nWork with the Technical Liaison team to define relevant metrics and develop a dashboard that supports workload visibility and performance monitoring.\nCheck data accuracy, document testing results, and collect user feedback to refine the proposed solutions.\nPrepare technical documentation and user instructions, and present project outcomes and recommendations for implementation and ongoing ownership. \nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrent enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent enrolment in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline\nAdditional Job Standards:\nYou must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party\nIntermediate level in English and in French required\nInterest in applying digital tools and automation to laboratory operations\nWillingness to learn the team’s approved development, collaboration, and reporting tools\nStrong attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and checking results\nAbility to listen to users and explain technical concepts clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds\nInitiative and the ability to work independently under supervision, communicate progress, and raise issues promptly\nCommitment to confidentiality, data integrity, and following laboratory and IT procedures\nAbout the Team:\nThe General Laboratory team in Geneva supports laboratory testing for clinical trials, working across scientific disciplines and with colleagues who coordinate technical information and client requirements. During this internship, you will collaborate with colleagues to improve how teams share information, deliver data, and monitor their activities.
