Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy Intern to join our team at in Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport the activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels.\n\nDevelop employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content.\n\nReview external trends and peer practices to identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and digital reach.\n\nAudit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, screenshots, and SharePoint resources.\n\nConvert existing training recordings into concise, task-based learning content.\n\nSupport Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and the identification of data gaps.\n\nAssist with mapping Talent Acquisition workflows and researching practical approaches to measuring quality of hire.\n\nSupport administrative activity - Activation of contingent profiles in Fieldglass; Troubleshoot error logs: Manage WD Inbox: Oversee GTA Sharepoint site.\n\nParticipate in Global Expansion Activities for Contingent Workforce- including but not limited to reporting, weekly calls, ad hoc requests.\n\nPrepare and present project outcomes, recommendations, and next steps to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrent enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.\n\nMust be able to participate in the full 11-week internship program from June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027.\n\nAdditional Job Standards\nDemonstrates an interest in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, or employee experience.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to organize information and translate complex content into clear, user-friendly resources.\n\nDemonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\n\nComfortable working with data, identifying trends, and summarizing findings.\n\nEagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and Talent Acquisition practices.\n\nShows initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision.\n\nAble to manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities based on business needs.\n\nMaintains professionalism, including punctuality, accountability, and appropriate conduct.\n\nCollaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders across different functions.\n\nActively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly.\n\nComfortable preparing and delivering presentations to business and HR audiences.\n\nAbout the Team\nThe Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives team leads programs that strengthen how Labcorp attracts talent, equips recruiters, and improves the candidate and hiring experience. The team partners across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business to activate Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition, enhance recruiter tools and learning resources, improve data and reporting, and drive greater consistency across Talent Acquisition processes.\nAs part of the team, the intern will complete an anchor project focused on Employee Value Proposition activation while also contributing to a defined portfolio of Talent Acquisition operations assignments.
