Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a remote Investigator Support Assistant to join our team in Bulgaria.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Friday: 11AM to 8PM EET or other hours if required.\nSaturday shift required once every 2 months.\nJob Responsibilities:\nNotifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)\n\nMonitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds and informing the Supervisor and the associated Project Manager of any delays\n\nUpdating the database with appropriate information and informing personnel of additional testing needs.\n\nSupporting sites and sponsor with project related questions via phone and email\n\nEffective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)\n\nAssisting and supporting in the implementation of global processes and procedures\n\nTracking and reporting metrics as determined by management in the agreed timelines\n\nDocumenting all service failures, resolving, and escalating to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete\n\nActing as a liaison for both internal and external clients\n\nCommunicating investigator site needs when new policies or procedures are discussed\n\nInstilling a culture where patient safety is top priority\n\nPromptly address patient safety issues and escalates as needed for resolution\n\nEnsuring the investigator’s needs are explored prior to implementation of new processes and procedures\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school degree\n\n6 months or more of experience in customer service\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCollege or university degree\n\nAdditional Job Standards:\nFluency in English and German\n\nSelf-motivated with strong verbal communication skills\n\nAttention to detail and good organizational skills\n\nTeam player with an ability to work independently\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and multiple distractions while maintaining a professional manner\n\nAbility to work from 11AM to 8PM EET or other hours if required\n\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
