Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking an Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) Solution Architect to join our growing team. This role is responsible for helping our organization maximize the value of our investment into Adobe RTCDP by strategizing a scalable architecture with a strong focus on data governance and security. The RTCDP Solution Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, data engineers, and digital marketers.\nOwn the enterprise B2B customer data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, commercial, and digital transformation initiatives\nAct as a strategic advisor to marketing and business leadership on CDP capabilities, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution\nDefine scalable architectural standards that support global business growth and cross-business unit integration\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP\nDevelop and maintain a long-term CDP architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise marketing and data strategy\nProvide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing\nAssess and audit the current state of our marketing technology stack\nStrategize, architect, and document a scalable RTCDP implementation, tailored to our business needs\nDrive complex architectural decision-making using industry benchmarks, vendor insights, and external best practices\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications\nLead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data Engineers\nSupport the implementation of proper data governance\nEvaluate and recommend enterprise architecture decisions that impact multiple business functions\nCollaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Governance teams to drive cross-functional CDP initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure CDP solutions support customer lifecycle, revenue growth, and operational efficiency \nMonitor industry trends, competitor CDP strategies, and emerging technologies to inform platform innovation and best practices\nEducation & Experience required:\n5+ years of experience architecting and building data pipelines\n3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, client-facing skills \nDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred\nHands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation\nExperience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP WebSDK implementation \nExperience working with APIs\nStrong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure\nExperience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc. \nExperience working with data warehouse solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc. \nAbility to synthesize insights from internal and external sources to drive architectural decisions\nStrong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments\nPreferred Qualifications:\n·Experience with Adobe Target a plus\n·Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. a plus\n·Experience with marketing automation tools a plus\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
