Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking aManager, Data Management to join our Bengaluru, India team.\nWork Schedule\nMonday-Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site (Office-Based)\nJob Responsibilities\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Data Management to lead a high-performing Clinical Data Management team supporting global clinical research programs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing team operations, driving excellence in data management delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing global processes and quality standards across studies and regions.\nThe successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced global environment.\nLeadership & People Management\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Data Management professionals (up to 20 direct reports).\nManage team workload, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure successful project delivery.\nPromote collaboration, accountability, and effective communication across global teams.\nSupport employee development through mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nDrive a culture of quality, performance, and continuous improvement.\nOperational Excellence\nOversee day-to-day clinical data management activities to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and service levels.\nEnsure consistent implementation of global SOPs, processes, and best practices.\nMonitor team performance through operational metrics and implement corrective actions where required.\nCoordinate project activities and track progress against established goals and deliverables.\nSupport planning, budgeting, and cross-functional operational initiatives.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as a key point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs, Protocol Services, Study Management, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.\nReview clinical data specifications for feasibility and provide strategic recommendations to customers and internal teams.\nManage customer expectations and proactively resolve issues, concerns, and escalations.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.\nMonitor and support compliance with global data management requirements.\nDrive implementation of quality improvement initiatives and performance standards.\nMinimum Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Management, or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExperience\nMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience within Labcorp or a comparable clinical research, data management, or healthcare environment.\nPeople/project management experience of minimum 2 years.\nSignificant experience in Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.\nAdditional Job Description\nProven experience leading and developing teams in a global environment.\nStrong knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management methodologies, and industry regulations.\nExcellent project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.\nExperience supporting clinical trials and drug development programs across the study lifecycle.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organization to achieve project and operational objectives.\nPrior experience in lab/clinical data management or healthcare, medical, or laboratory functions.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
