Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nQA Compliance Auditor\nLabcorp is seeking a QA Compliance Auditor to join our team in Shanghai, China.\n Job Responsibilities:\nSupport and assist regulatory inspections, e.g. NMPA\nSupport and assist lab accreditation inspections, including CAP, ISO 15189\nSupport and assist sponsor audits\nCoordinates client request for information questionnaires\nConducts internal audits per global audit plan, as local auditor\nConducts vendor and supplier audits per global audit plan, as local auditor\nContributes to global QA policies and SOP review and drafting\nProvide subject matter expertise to projects internal and external customers’ questions on regulation interpretation\nDelivery of training to new QA members if needed\nParticipate global Quality initiative(s) aimed at improving compliance and/or efficiency of the QA organization\nSupports the reporting of quality metrics and implementation of necessary corrective actions and/or process improvements\nEnsure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed\nOther duties as assigned by management\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor Degree in Life Science.\n4 years or more experience as Central Lab QA/BioA QA .\n4 years or more experience in GCP/GLP regulatory environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nNMPA inspection support experiences\nClient audit host experiences\nVendor audit host experiences\nFamiliar with CAP and ISO 15189\nAdditional Job Standards:\nKnowledge of multiple operational areas\nClear communication skills, including ability to provide clear feedback\nAble to clearly articulate processes to provide training\nAble to influence process improvement initiatives and offer solutions\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
