Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nSenior Analyst, Digital Analytics Implementation (CJA)\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Associate, Digital Analytics Implementation will be responsible for implementing and supporting digital analytics solutions within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role will focus on enabling accurate data collection, data integration, and reporting readiness by working closely with business, analytics, and technology teams.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CJA implementations, including integrating and validating data from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) sources. This is primarily a CJA implementation role, however the candidate should possess a foundational understanding of AEP/CDP concepts, data schemas, datasets, identity management, and customer journey data models.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define analytics implementation requirements for Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).\nSupport end-to-end CJA implementations including data validation, schema alignment, data views, connections, and reporting readiness.\nWork with data engineering and platform teams to onboard and integrate data into CJA from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CDP, and other enterprise data sources.\nValidate datasets, identities, and customer journey data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within CJA.\nConfigure and maintain CJA components including data views, calculated metrics, dimensions, filters, and workspace projects.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for implementation requirements, mappings, and business rules.\nPerform data quality audits and troubleshoot implementation issues, data discrepancies, and reporting anomalies.\nPartner with analytics and reporting teams to enable customer journey reporting and business KPI measurement.\nProvide implementation support for enhancements, new data sources, and evolving business requirements.\nStay current with Adobe Experience Cloud, CJA, and AEP best practices and implementation methodologies.\nQualifications\n6-8 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Analytics Implementation, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.\nHands-on experience implementing and supporting Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.\nExperience working with data ingestion and integration processes involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).\nUnderstanding of AEP concepts including datasets, schemas, identity resolution, data governance, and customer journey data models.\nExperience validating and troubleshooting analytics datasets and reporting outputs.\nProficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.\nFamiliarity with JSON, data structures, and event-based data models.\nExperience creating reports and dashboards using CJA or related BI tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags.\nExposure to enterprise customer data platforms and data integration architectures.\nAdobe Analytics, CJA, or AEP certifications are a plus.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer Journey Analytics (CJA)\nAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)\nSQL & Data Analysis\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
