Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.\nJob Responsibilities\nTeam Development and Mentorship\nLead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and technical professionals.\nTechnical Oversight & Delivery and Operations\nLead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance for enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.\nOversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.\nGuide teams in the design and implementation of modern cloud-based data platforms leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and related services.\nEstablish and enforce best practices for data engineering, data governance, data quality, security, and operational support.\nDrive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices across design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to improve platform capabilities and delivery efficiency.\nCollaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\nManage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while ensuring successful project outcomes.\nSupport executive reporting, business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.\nServe as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platform strategy.\nDrive workforce planning, capacity management, resource allocation, utilization tracking, performance management, and succession planning.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Management\nPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\nInnovation and Emerging Technologies\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and continuous improvement efforts.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n10 or more years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics, or related technology domains.\n5 or more years of experience leading and managing technical teams, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.\n5 or more years of experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and modern cloud technologies.\n5 or more years of strong expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, Data Governance, and Analytics platforms.\n4 or more years of experience leading solution architecture reviews, technical design governance, and large-scale implementation programs.\nStrong understanding of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and modern cloud-based data platform architectures.\n5 or more years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, PySpark, Spark, SQL, and enterprise data integration tools.\n4 or more years of experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.\nAdditional Job Standards\nStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native solution development.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or Pharma industry is preferred.\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and implementing AI-driven engineering practices to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity.\nAbout the Role\n We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Services with 10 plus years of experience in Leading solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance for enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives and oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
