Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Leader to join our team in Lakewood, CO.\nWork Schedule: Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8:30pm. 2nd Shift.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAssist in the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the department\nHelp lead the team in their daily processes and procedures \nAssist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing \nOversee routing of specimens to their respective prep areas \nEncourage process improvements and best practices \nPerform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy \nResolve any production errors as requested by management \nResearch and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary \nEngage in continuous process and service level improvements \nPerform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy \nResponsible for enforcing and managing policies and procedures \nPerform administrative duties as needed \nMinimum Qualification:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent \n3 years of experience in a lab setting \nPreferred Qualification:\nCurrent or prior Labcorp experience \nAssociates degree \n3 years of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience \n3 years supervisory or leadership experience \nAdditional Job Standards:\nFamiliarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures \nStrong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office \nExcellent communication skills; both written and verbal \nHigh level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills \nStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment \nAbility to handle the physical requirements of the position \nAble to pass a standardized color blindness test \nApplication window closes on 10/31/2026.\nPay range: $23-$27 plus 2nd shift differential\nAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.\nBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
