Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Stores team at our site in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire.\nWork Schedule: 37,5h/week ( Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 5pm, Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm).\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintaining the flow of goods/documents to end user departments. This includes purchased goods, client samples, mail and data.\nGoods In - taking receipt of deliveries, unpacking and checking the delivery to ensure that the specification and quantity is correct and that the condition of the goods is acceptable.\nGoods Out - delivering goods/samples to operational and service departments on the main site\nReceipting deliveries into ERP system\nEnsuring that non-conforming consignments are quarantined and reported to a manager.\nStoring inventory items into the correct storage location.\nPicking inventory items against internal requisitions.\nPacking and dispatch of goods to external destinations.\nAssisting in inventory management and cycle counts.\nSorting and distribution of internal and external mail.\nDistribution of QA data.\nHousekeeping duties.\nFiling - delivery notes, pick plans and sample forms\nComply with department SOPs and other relevant policies and regulations pertaining to the Stores department.\nWorking overtime and attend out of hours call outs as and when required\nMinimum Qualifications:\nNational level of education (c / 4 or above) in science, Math and English GCSE or equivalent.\nAdditional Job Standards:\nA full UK drivers’ licence.\nForklift licence preferred.\nDemonstrable warehouse or stores experience.\nEnthusiastic and committed attitude.\nI.T proficiency\nPlease note this role requires an element of manual handling/lifting tasks and due to the remote location of this site, there are no public transport links available.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
