In this role, we are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual that can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Senior Accounting Manager.\nYour Day to Day\nWork closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics\nWork with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections\nReview Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments\nProcess software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue \nImplement dunning process in Quickbooks Online\nCreate and streamline billing and collections processes\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports\nAssisting in general financial management and analysis\nAssist accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations\nAbout You\nAt least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred).\nGeneral experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred\nExperience with end to end Accounts Receivable. \nIntermediate knowledge of accounting practices.\nExperience with ERP systems (particularly Quickbooks Online, and SaaSOptics) preferred.\nSoftware/SaaS billing experience\nAbility to work with sales team and educate them on company account receivable policies\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and lookups), is necessary.\nSuperior organizational, teamwork, and time management skills.\nA commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail.\nProven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity.\nAbility to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner.\nAbility to utilize strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.\nComfortable with deadlines and thrives on achieving continued completion of them.\nLife at Labelbox\nEnvironment: Fast-paced and high-intensity, perfect for ambitious individuals who thrive on ownership and quick decision-making\nGrowth: Career advancement opportunities directly tied to your impact\nVision: Be part of building the foundation for humanity's most transformative technology\nOur Vision\nWe believe data will remain crucial in achieving artificial general intelligence.
