We cultivate each employee’s growth, expand our expertise, and bring out the best in every client project.\nJob Duties\nThe Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. This position is based out of our Fredonia, NY office but travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.\nSalary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour\nThe specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.\nRequirements\nPrior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations as well as storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections. \nMinimum of 3- 5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience. \nKnowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred. \nMicrosoft Office experience a plus. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. \nAdditional certification requirements maybe necessary. \nBenefits\nBody, mind, and wallet-LaBella’s benefits support a holistic approach to your health and wellness, creating the foundation for physical, mental, and financial well-being.
