The FCM will oversee contractor construction activities on behalf of the Owner to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, safety and environmental regulations, and Company requirements, they will coordinate onsite work activities with Company operations, and other projects. The FCM will coordinate and manage on site work documentation and communications in support of the overall Construction Manager, Project Manager, and/or the Owner. The FCM is responsible for coordination of material delivery, develop and maintain as-built documentation, and must be onsite whenever work of any nature is being performed, monitor schedule, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The prospective individual will have a willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments throughout the industry.\nSalary Range: $70,000-$100,000\nThe specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with the Project Manager for day-to-day operations\nAssure contractor obligation and adherence to design plans, change orders, RFIs, MOC, etc. \nDocument contractor day to day activities\nDemonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project.
