LaBella’s New York office locations include Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Poughkeepsie, and White Plains, . The successful candidate must be technically astute in transportation engineering and have a proven background of management leadership on transportation projects. This role will often include working as a technical specialist or project manager on mid to large size projects.\nDuties\nManages and oversees their assigned projects. \nParticipates in, and conducts business development activities, including organizing and/or attending meetings with clients. \nPrepares and coordinates proposal efforts to secure work. \nPerforms technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. \nActively manages project scope, schedule and budget. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. \nDevelops and enhances key client relationships and serves as one of the primary company contacts. \nManages and develops junior and mid-level staff. \nSalary Range: $150,000 - $195,000 per year\nThe specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in civil engineering required; Master’s degree a plus. \n15+ years of transportation/Project Manager Experience. \nNY PE license is required.
