If so, discover your next challenge below.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Mobile Developer who will play a pivotal role in our development team. As a lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures.\nIn this role, you will also have the exciting opportunity to integrate AI models into our new apps through APIs, pushing the boundaries of what our products can achieve.\nAbout You\nAcademic background:\nDegree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nTechnical expertise:\nStrong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.\n\nSolid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP, including architecture design, deployment, and scalability.\n\nExperience working with and managing diverse architectures, with the ability to evaluate and implement the most suitable approach for each product.\n\nKnowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.\n\nAbility to define and implement coding standards, best practices, and scalable architectures.\n\nHigh agility and ability to implement changes in the app very quickly, adapting to product needs with speed and precision.\n\nLeadership skills:\nProven experience leading or mentoring development teams.\n\nAbility to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.\n\nProblem-solving and product focus:\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.\n\nEye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.\n\nSelf-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.\n\nCommunication:\nGood level of spoken and written English.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in integrating AI models into mobile applications.\n\nKnowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Python, Node.js, Java).\n\nExperience launching personal or side projects, especially apps.\n\nNative iOS development experience is highly valued.\n\nWhat we Offer:\nRemote work from anywhere in Spain.
