In this important role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of our workplace environment, ensuring that all areas remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming for staff and visitors.\nYou will take pride in maintaining high standards across our buildings, supporting Labman’s commitment to excellence and providing a clean, comfortable setting that reflects our values and reputation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a member of our cleaning team, you will:\nCarry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of Labman’s HQ, including offices, communal spaces, toilets, and kitchens. \nEnsure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with established health and safety guidelines. \nReplenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed. \nSafely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment, following company procedures at all times. \nReport any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the appropriate personnel promptly. \nSupport the wider facilities team when required, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for staff and visitors. \nMaintain accurate records of cleaning activities as required for audits and compliance. \nConfidentiality must be upheld at all times to protect sensitive information, reflecting Labman’s commitment to professionalism and trustworthiness. \nWhat You’ll Bring\nPrevious experience in cleaning or facilities roles, ideally within office or commercial settings. \nAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. \nAbility to follow health and safety procedures and company cleaning guidelines effectively. \nGood time management skills to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. \nReliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. \nStrong communication skills for reporting issues and working with colleagues across the business. \nProactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the wider facilities team when required. \nTrustworthy and responsible when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. \nWhat We Offer\nCompany profit share scheme. \nPrivate Healthcare with Aviva. \n5% employer pension contribution (on full salary). \nEnhanced maternity and paternity leave (long service applicable). \nFree on-site gym, squash courts, bouldering wall, and a wide range of staff clubs. \nOur Culture\nIN IT TOGETHER -
