sommes à la recherche d'un Chargé HSE pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique.\nMissions du poste :\nCommuniquer et Veiller au respect des consignes des normes et de la politique HSE\nMettre en œuvre de nouveaux outils comme les parcours de réduction des risques, les 5S sur des zones identifiées et des chantiers d'amélioration des conditions de travail.\nProposez les méthodes et outils d’amélioration continue et être responsable de leur diffusion et intégration par les acteurs de l’entreprise.\nSuivre et analysez les indicateurs de performance et intervenir comme facilitateur pour identifiez les freins, proposez des actions correctives et les mettez en œuvre.\nAnimer des formations et sensibiliser le personnel de l'entreprise sur les risques, les moyens de maîtrise et la réponse aux urgences.\nPréparez des compte rendus d'activité\n\nExigences du poste:\n\nTitulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en Environnement, Génie pharmaceutique, Génie des procédés ou dans un domaine équivalent, complété par une formation en Hygiène et Sécurité Industrielle.\n\nExpérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement en industrie pharmaceutique\nBonne maîtrise de la réglementation HSE en vigueur.\nConnaissance des normes ISO (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) appréciée.\nMaîtrise des outils d’analyse des risques et des méthodes d’amélioration continue (5S, plan d’action, indicateurs KPI, etc.)\nBonnes compétences en communication et esprit de collaboration.\nSens de l’organisation, rigueur et
