The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across project sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate site activities to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate must have practical experience managing HSE operations on construction and interior fit-out sites, alongside the administrative responsibilities involved in site management.\nContract Details\n\nThis is a fixed-term, call-out position with an initial contract duration of three months.\nThe contract may be renewed based on project duration, business requirements, and individual performance.\nEngagement will be on an as-needed basis, depending on project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across project sites.\nConduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.\nEnsure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.\nOversee site safety during interior fit-out activities, including partitioning, ceiling installation, flooring, painting, electrical works, and other finishing operations.\nPrepare and maintain risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talk records, incident reports, and other HSE documentation.\nCoordinate site administration, including attendance records, daily activity reports, site documentation, and contractor records.\nMonitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure workers and subcontractors comply with established safety procedures.\nOrganize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing HSE training for workers and contractors.\nInvestigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and implement corrective and preventive measures.\nCoordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient site operations.\nMonitor housekeeping, material storage, waste management, and general site organization.\nEnsure appropriate emergency response procedures, first-aid arrangements, and fire safety measures are in place.\nPrepare regular HSE performance reports and communicate safety concerns and recommendations to management.\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree or HND in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE management within construction or related project environments.\nProven experience working on interior fit-out, renovation, or building finishing projects.\nPractical experience in site administration and construction site coordination.\nKnowledge of risk assessments, method statements, incident investigation, and workplace safety procedures.\nRelevant HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized safety qualifications, will be an advantage.\nStrong documentation, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate workers and subcontractors while enforcing safety standards.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.\nAbility to work on-site and manage multiple project activities effectively.\nKey Competencies\n\nHealth, safety, and
