The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, auditing, and enforcing quality management systems to ensure all projects meet international standards, client specifications, and Spacefinish’s benchmarks for excellence.\nContract Details\n\nThis is a fixed-term, call-out position.\nThe initial contract duration is 3 months.\nThe contract is renewable based on project duration and individual performance.\nEngagement will be on an as-needed (call-out) basis, depending on project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities1. Quality Management System (QMS)\n\nDevelop, implement, and enforce QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals for construction and interior fit-out projects.\nEnsure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.\nDrive a culture of quality assurance across all project teams.\n2. Audits & Compliance\n\nConduct routine site audits covering materials, workmanship, and construction processes.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and international best practices.\nIdentify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.\n3. Project Oversight\n\nOversee quality control processes across all project phases, including design review, procurement, execution, and commissioning.\nReview and validate inspection reports, test reports, and certifications from subcontractors and vendors.\nEnforce mock-ups, sample approvals, and first-off inspections before full-scale implementation.\n4. Continuous Improvement\n\nTrain internal teams and subcontractors on QA/QC standards and procedures.\nIntroduce lean processes to minimize rework, delays, and cost overruns.\nLead root cause analysis for recurring defects and implement preventive measures.\n5.
