Collaborate with IT team members across key technologies, support end-to-end incident and request resolution, and contribute to projects that drive innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions across the organization.\nAbout the Role:\nTroubleshoot, support, and resolve incoming technical issues for Laborie team members, including hardware and software issues. \nProvide problem analysis to collect repetitive issues and drive to closure through root cause analysis and other ITIL processes. \nIdentify, research, and recommend automation tools and other modern solutions to better enhance the Laborie user experience. \nPartner with providers, such as technology suppliers and wireless carriers, to provide devices, solutions, and support to the organization. \nMinimum Qualifications:\nCompetency in a wide range of desktop technologies including MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite.\nExperience using Microsoft System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM) and/or InTune to create and deploy packages and manage endpoint device compliance.\nAbility to use collaboration tools including MS Teams, as well as remote support tools like GoToAssist.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate's degree in information technology ore related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience in a Service/Help Desk or technical support role. \nStrong working knowledge of MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite.\nWhy Laborie:\nOur Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
