This position ensures inventory accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations and company procedures. The role serves as the subject matter expert for inventory processes and partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.\nAbout the Role:\nLead cycle count and physical inventory programs to maintain inventory accuracy.\nInvestigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.\nEnsure accurate ERP inventory transactions for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.\nMaintain lot, serial number, and expiration date traceability.\nDevelop and improve inventory control procedures and work instructions.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.\n5+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.\nVisual/SAP or other ERP experience required.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.\nWhy Laborie:\nOur Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
