In addition, the Senior PM will drive the rollout of Smartsheet as the enterprise project management solution, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration with existing systems.\nAbout the Role:\nIdentify the project’s goals, objectives, and scope to create a project plan that integrates the deliverables, work breakdown, structure inputs and outputs, tasks, timelines and resources required.\nCommunicate with project teams and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor the budget and progress to ensure projects stay on track.\nEnsure project adherence to Laborie Program Management Organization & Quality Management System (QMS).\nLead cross-functional projects from inception to manufacturing transfer through stable production (~3 months post launch).\nImplement Project Management best practices and process improvement initiatives.\nNew project management and Lifecycle management.\nDrive the enterprise rollout of Smartsheet, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration with existing systems.\nDevelop and implement standardized project management processes, templates, and dashboards within Smartsheet to improve visibility and efficiency.\nPartner with stakeholders across R&D, operations, quality, and commercial teams to ensure seamless adoption of Smartsheet as the single source of truth for project tracking.\nFacilitate training sessions, create user guides, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTechnical bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering. \nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes, the Mechanical, PCB or Software Development lifecycle, Medical Device standards and requirements, such as V&V, IQ/OQ/PQ, Sterilization Validation, Biocompatibility, etc.\nExperience working with corporate multidisciplinary teams developing and delivering compliant projects.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and change management best practices.\nProven track record of implementing Smartsheet as an enterprise project management solution, including customization, automation, and integration.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP Certification.\nA strong interest in the fields of medicine, technology, and innovation.\nExperience with medical electronic equipment with wireless communication.\nLean Manufacturing knowledge.\nWhy Laborie:\nOur Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
