We reward and recognize our employees based on our values ofAspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nAs a key member of the Quality Team, the Senior Supplier Quality Engineerwillbe to manage product quality through the implementation of supplier/contract manufacturer evaluation procedures, use of risk management tools, and auditing of current and prospective vendors.\nAbout the Role:\nIdentify and manage the risks associated with supplied materials through the followingactivities:\nMaintain and implement quality system procedures for supplier evaluation.\nUse risk management tools to identify and mitigate supplier risks.\nParticipate in the supplier selection and monitoring process.\nAudit current or future suppliers to ensure their compliance toquality system requirements & material specifications.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors'degree in an engineering or related scientific field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance.\nExpertise in ISO 13485 and 21CFR compliant quality systems.\nStrong leadership and decision-making skills.\nSignificant experience and expertise with internal and external auditing.\nTechnical Skills\nExpertise applying statistical methods to quality assurance.\nAbility to advise others on complex matters.\nKnowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions.\nWhy Laborie:\nOur Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
