Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the GIteam, the Territory Managerwill support a positive customer experience by directly selling products and services to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers in a distinct and assigned territory.The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota.
About the Role:
- Ability to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients with a focus on sales growth.
- Prepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects to achieve targets.
- Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, identifyand resolve client related concerns.
- Ability to demonstrate the effective use of all available sales tools and materials, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, in lieu of bachelor's degree, additional years of directly related experience will be accepted.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience in a physician office environment highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
