We reward and recognize our employees based on our values ofAspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nAs a key member of the GIteam, the Territory Managerwill support a positive customer experience by directly selling products and services to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers in a distinct and assigned territory.The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota.\nAbout the Role:\nAbility to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients with a focus on sales growth. \nPrepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects to achieve targets.\nSupport and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, identifyand resolve client related concerns.\nAbility to demonstrate the effective use of all available sales tools and materials, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.\nPresent brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree required, in lieu of bachelor's degree, additional years of directly related experience will be accepted.\nMinimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.\nProven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.\nExcellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSales experience in a physician office environment highly preferred.\nAbility to work independently with effective time management skills.\nWhy Laborie:\nOur Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
