Depending on your station, you may assemble parts, inspect products, pack finished materials, load and unload components, or help keep the production line moving.\nThe work is physical and fast-paced, requiring you to stay active, keep up with the production line, and work alongside your team to meet daily production goals. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.\nWhat makes this role different:\n50% of Your Days Off: Rotating 12-hour schedules + ability to choose either days or nights\nDirect Path to Advancement: Advanced production and lead roles are filled from the shop floor, creating opportunities for promotion\nVariety of Work: Learn multiple assembly stations, tools, equipment, quality processes, and production tasks as your skills develop\nCompensation\n$15/hr - Day shift\n$16/hr - Night shift\nBuilt-in overtime through the rotating schedules\nFull-time, direct-hire - not a temp job\nOpportunities for advancement into more advanced production roles\nShift\nMultiple openings are available on both days and nights:\nDay Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts\nNight Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts\nResponsibilities\nAssembly: Assemble and fit together manufactured components following simple instructions and established production processes.\nPacking & Packaging: Sort, stack, wrap, strap, label, and package completed products for storage or shipment.\nProduction Line Support: Keep up with the pace of the production line, handling materials and completing tasks efficiently to maintain steady production.\nQuality Checks: Visually inspect parts and finished products for damage, defects, or other quality issues.\nMaterial Handling: Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.\nSafety & Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.\nTeamwork & Cross-Training: Work alongside other production employees and learn different stations as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired\nAbility to perform physical, hands-on production work throughout a 12-hour shift\nAbility to regularly stand, bend, reach, lift, and handle materials\nComfortable using hand tools and production equipment\nStrong attention to quality and safety\nAbility to follow written work instructions and standardized production processes\nReliable attendance and
