Opportunities to earn raises in the first year\nResponsibilities\nProduction Assembly: Combine manufactured components into finished assemblies according to product specifications and work instructions.\nProduction Line Support: Work alongside extrusion machine operators to maintain steady production flow and keep downstream processes moving efficiently.\nQuality Inspection: Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, verify dimensions using measuring tools, and ensure products meet quality standards.\nTools & Equipment: Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, scales, strappers, wrappers, labelers, and other in-line assembly equipment.\nFinishing & Packaging: Complete trimming, finishing, labeling, wrapping, and packaging according to product specifications and customer requirements.\nInventory & Material Flow: Organize completed products, work-in-process materials, and packaged goods for material handlers and shipment.\nQualifications\nAbility to perform active, hands-on manufacturing work throughout a 12-hour shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and handling materials.\nComfortable working with basic hand tools, production equipment, and measuring instruments.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow product specifications, assembly instructions, and quality standards.\nAbility to maintain a steady work pace and work effectively alongside machine operators and other production team members.\nDependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.\nPositive attitude, good energy, and willingness to contribute to a team
