cells\nWhat You'll Do:\nIndependently perform complex 5-axis CNC setups\nLead setup and prove-out of new machining jobs\nDevelop tooling, fixturing, and workholding strategies\nOptimize machining processes for repeatable production\nPerform first-piece and in-process inspections\nTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues\nMachine tight-tolerance components from Titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys\nSupport robotic cells and lights-out manufacturing\nDocument successful processes and transfer them into production\nImprove cycle times, tooling performance, and overall machining efficiency\nSupport and mentor less experienced machinists\nRequirements\nRequired:\n5+ years of CNC machining experience\nStrong 5-axis setup experience\nAbility to independently set up complex parts\nBlueprint reading and GD&T knowledge\nTight-tolerance machining experience\nFirst-piece inspection experience\nStrong tooling and workholding knowledge\nAbility to troubleshoot machining problems independently\nPreferred:\nAerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing experience\nSimultaneous 5-axis or mill-turn experience\nSiemens or Heidenhain control experience\nSiemens NX
