Direct Hire\nResponsibilities:\nSet up and operate CNC milling and multi-axis machining equipment, including 4-axis and 5-axis machines.\nMachine complex components according to engineering drawings and specifications.\nMake G-code/M-code edits, adjust tooling offsets, and optimize speeds and feeds.\nRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and machining instructions.\nPerform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.\nTroubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.\nPerform deburring, finishing, and other secondary operations as needed.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.\nExperience setting up and operating CNC mills or multi-axis machining centers.\n4-axis or 5-axis machining experience preferred.\nAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.\nExperience making CNC program edits and adjusting machine offsets.\nProficiency with precision measuring
