Machinists work with CNC mills, Wire EDM equipment, manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, dies, fixtures, gauges, punch tooling, sizers, and replacement machine parts.\nYou’ll work from blueprints and sketches, determine dimensions and tolerances, set up and run machining equipment, make process adjustments, inspect finished parts, troubleshoot tooling issues, and support production when across CNC machining, EDM, tooling repair, manual machining, and CAD/CAM programming\nCompensation\n$32-$36/hr, depending on experience\nFull-time, direct-hire\nOvertime available as production needs and mechanical equipment\nRead and interpret blueprints, sketches, dimensions, and tolerances\nDetermine machining dimensions and setup requirements\nAdjust machining processes to improve efficiency and part quality\nPerform manual machining on mills, lathes, and surface grinders\nInspect finished components for dimensional accuracy\nTroubleshoot tooling and machining issues\nSupport production departments with urgent tooling and repair needs\nWork closely with machinists, maintenance, operators, and supervisors\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nQualifications\nRequired\n 3-5 years of related machining experience\nCNC mill setup and operation experience\nStrong manual machining experience\nAbility to operate manual mills and
