Confirm with client before including]\nCompensation\n$25-$31.50/ hour + shift differential\nOvertime available based on need (typically 5-10 hours a week)\nHiring on 1st shift\n5:00AM- 1:30PM\nMonday-Friday\nResponsibilities\nDeburring & Finishing: Deburr, grind, polish, and buff parts using grinders, files, sanders, abrasive stones, and cloth\nTumbling: Run tumbling equipment per work instructions\nCleaning: Clean interior surfaces of holes and prep parts for the next step\nTooling: Change tools on powered equipment and apply abrasive compounds, wax, or other dressings as needed\nInspection: Take measurements with calipers and micrometers and flag nonconformities\nDocumentation: Complete production and quality logs\nHousekeeping: Keep your work area clean and free of debris\nWhat You’ll Run\nEquipment: Grinders, files, sanders, tumbling equipment, and powered finishing tools\nParts: Metal, plastic, and rubber components machined to customer specifications\nYou don’t need to be a machinist.
